Julian  joined Mount Kenya Environmental Conservation Organization as a project manager. She has experience in Business management after graduating from Kenya Institute of Management and beside that she has undertaken a distance learning course in agroforestry and sustainable land use management as well as E-course on climate change from UNITAR .Julian has worked for various companies and institutions such as Nairobi City Council as an intern, AAR Insurance as document processing assistant and  AAR Beckmann Trust as a field officer where by she was involved in tree planting activities with schools from both Kajiado and Narok Counties. She has also worked with Njuri Community Based Organization in tree nurseries management and organizational management. Julian in her new position is going to employ broad knowledge and expertise in environmental conservation issues and will help Mount Kenya Environmental Conservation to grow into one of the leading organization in forest enrichment programmes, agroforestry and livelihoods improvement.

Forest Officer

Isaiah Kinoti  Joined Mount Kenya Environmental Conservation as forest officer in 2017. He is graduated from Kenya Forest Service College  Londiani with Diploma course in Forestry.He has experience in nursery management, reforestation, agroforestry, seeds collection and monitoring and evaluation of project. Isaiah has worked for  Mount Kenya East Pilot Project (MKEPP) and also   Kiegoi Tea Factory as their forester where by he was tasked with the work of  nursery establishment .

Community Nursery Attendant

Ester joined Mount Kenya Environmental Conservation as Community Nursery Attendant. She worked closely with community nursery leaders to supervise raising and management of seedlings as well as out-planting of seedlings in the degraded forest land. Esther has over 10 years experience training women groups  in tree nursery establishment and management and also empowerment. She has a great wealth of knowledge in medicinal  tree species.
